Jaret S. Weber is a proficient real estate and commercial litigator with a significant record of victories on behalf of institutional, corporate, and individual clients. Jaret has extensive experience representing title insurance underwriters when litigation is necessary to protect the rights and interests of the owners and lenders they insure. Jaret has also secured successful results for commercial and residential landlords in New York City and Long Island. In addition to his litigation practice, Jaret also has a diverse record of representing clients successfully in zoning, land use, and residential and commercial real estate matters.
Jaret is an active member of the Long Island business community and the Huntington Township Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce.
Jaret received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and American Studies in 2000 from Brandeis University, where he was Captain of the Swimming and Diving team from 1999 to 2000, and a Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Brooklyn Law School.
